Would like to give a good review, and I will be doing that to the FIVE other HVAC companies that I talked with this week, but sadly Cody never showed up for his 9am appointment for a quote. I called and he was in the office. Things happen and I totally understand, but I would have appreciated a heads up before I had to take the morning off to be there for the quote.
Had two units installed a little over a year ago and on of the units just will not work properly. The house will not cool. We have had drips from lines and the unit itself. Total comfort has sent technicians out 6 different times to make repairs. Every time is just a temporary fix. The one year warranty has expired and I am now stuck with a unit that doesn’t work properly. I don’t like leaving reviews like this but it is very disappointing to spend some much money for something that doesn’t work.

Two consecutive years, after routine maintenance checks, the unit malfunctions and we are stuck without heat for over a week in the middle of winter. After paying to have the unit replaced, six months later the compressor goes out in the summer and we're stuck with no air until they can order a part. I watched the maintenance crew come out and have to use Google, call for help, or tell me "they don't know why" the unit malfunctioned. The unit was turning the outside pipe black and was releasing an odor that smelled like propane. They attempted to put the blame on the propane company or the propane settings. They NEVER have parts readily available for service. We have a house full of electric heaters and fans on standby in preparation for this every year at this point. I will definitely be shopping around for new service technicians.
Called this morning, George came out and did an awesome job same day. Unit still isn't working, but the were able to quickly diagnose the issue.

They are always there when I have a problem with my unit and won't stop until the problem is solved. Shane is my favorite tech, he always communicates well and makes sure everything is working great before he leaves.

Matt was awesome. He was here within a few hours of us calling in . He is very professional and got us fixed the first time. Also Arik and Fay came out a few weeks ago and did a great job on our regular maintenance. They were both friendly and kind. We know we can always rely on TCCH to do job the right.

This company keeps their word. They care about the customer. Punctual on their calls, visits and followup. I had some hiccups with the equipment, BUT, they responded promptly, fixed/repaired quickly in working order. I will refer them to my family and friends. Honest to goodness company.

Called just after 8 in the morning with a heat pump problem. They had a technician come out by noon the same day who quickly diagnosed the issue. My heat pump was up and working within 45 minutes. Great experience and a reasonable price.

We were very pleased with the service we received from this company from the beginning to the end. We got a same day appointment, the technicians were Taylor & Saye who were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly as well. They got our unit up and running in no time, but I had to call the next morning because our unit was still having a little problem and this company was again very prompt in sending Taylor back out to check out the problem at NO EXTRA CHARGE, Taylor fixed the problem and our unit is now running great.
